Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you add new members, changes take effect immediately. However, downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Unless you have an Enterprise plan, you cannot share your subscription with another workspace, but you can share your workspace with other users, depending on your subscription level. You can have up to 3 workspaces on the Navigate plan.
It's not permitted to share login credentials with multiple users. We have implemented a fair use policy of maximum two devices per user.
Yes, the owner of the workspace should either invite you to the workspace as a member or share a project directly with you.
No, a shared project only uses storage from its workspace quota. You can invite other contributors to work on your project for free.

We accept credit/debit cards as a primary method of payment, invoicing is available for payments of $2000 or more.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time before the renewal date. You will only be charged until your renewal date.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll be able to download your Mergin Maps data for another 30 days. After 30 days your data are deleted. If you've downgraded your account and used more data than what your plan offers, you will not be able to upload any changes until you've freed up some space.
A map tile is a square, pre-rendered image (raster tile) or data packet (vector tile) measuring 256x256 or 512x512 pixels. A base allowance of 5,000 map tiles roughly equates to 150–300 typical map loads or interactions per month.
Yes. Any map views generated by embedded web maps on external websites consume tile views from your account's monthly allowance.
Access is not automatically blocked, nor are overage charges automatically billed. If you reach your limit, you can purchase an additional map views add-on, or upgrade to a higher subscription tier with increased limits for users, projects, storage, and map views. Tile allowances reset automatically at the end of each calendar month. In exceptional cases where usage significantly exceeds your plan's allowance, map views may be temporarily restricted to maintain service performance for all users.
We offer free subscriptions for academics and provide discounts for NGOs depending on their annual budget. For an NGO budget of up to $500k the discount is 60%, a budget up to $1m it is 40%, and a budget over $1m is 20%.

Workspaces are where you store and manage your projects, files and team members. Your workspace is tied to your subscription, so when you delete your workspace, your subscription will be cancelled as well. See more about workspaces here.
